If new functions or configurations are added, the manual may be updated accordingly. The company reserves the right to revise the manual without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>Users should carefully read the precautions and operating instructions to ensure safe and correct testing.<\/p>\n<h5>Protection And Use Precautions<\/h5>\n<p>Operators must follow the safety rules of the fuel pump repair industry and diesel electronic-control maintenance. Pay special attention to acid or alkali substances, toxic gas, high-pressure heavy objects and spark-generating items around the work area to prevent equipment damage or personal injury.<\/p>\n<p>Do not splash water, diesel or other corrosive liquids onto the LCD screen, inside the test bench, or onto electrical connections.<\/p>\n<p>Precision electronic instruments are installed inside the test bench. Do not drop, strike or impact the equipment.<\/p>\n<p>When using wiring harnesses and plugs, tighten the screws as much as possible to prevent connection failure. If the display flickers, shows a blue screen, the program is interrupted or the screen becomes distorted, turn off the power, check the external power supply, and restart the test.<\/p>\n<p>Do not turn on the main power switch before fuel has been added to the fuel tank, otherwise the heater may be damaged by dry burning.<\/p>\n<p>The test pressure can reach up to 2000 bar when testing common rail injectors, so the safety door of the operating chamber must remain closed during testing.<\/p>\n<p>When the test bench runs for the first time, personnel must not stand in front of the operating chamber. After each clamping of a test injector, the operator must not stand in front of the chamber during the first start, to avoid danger from possible high-pressure leakage.<\/p>\n<p>If equipment problems cannot be resolved, contact the company&#x27;s technical personnel for service support.<\/p>\n<h5>Safety<\/h5>\n<p>Use an independent dedicated power socket with reliable grounding. The equipment power cord is three-phase five-wire 380 V and must be reliably grounded.<\/p>\n<p>If the supply voltage is unstable, use a voltage stabilizer.<\/p>\n<p>Regularly check the AC power cord, power plug and socket for condition and dust accumulation.<\/p>\n<p>If the controller behaves abnormally, emits unusual sound or odor, or becomes too hot to touch, stop using the equipment immediately and unplug the AC power cord and all other connections.<\/p>\n<p>If the controller fails, contact after-sales service personnel for assistance.<\/p>\n<h5>Operation And Maintenance<\/h5>\n<p>Do not throw, drop or step on the control system. Start Standard follows the configured test time for each unit pump or pump-nozzle condition.
