HCR-918 High-Pressure Common Rail Comprehensive Performance Test Bench<\/h5>\n

User Manual<\/p>\n

The HCR-918 comprehensive performance test bench is designed to simulate diesel ECU working conditions. It provides common rail system control signals for Bosch, Delphi and other systems, drives high-pressure common rail pumps and injectors, and allows users to set and save drive signal parameters according to actual service requirements.<\/p>\n

Instructions Before Use<\/h5>\n

Before using the HCR-918 high-pressure common rail electronic-control comprehensive performance test bench, users must carefully read this manual.<\/p>\n

This manual is written according to the current functions and configuration of the product. If new functions or configurations are added, the manual may be updated accordingly. The company reserves the right to revise the manual without prior notice.<\/p>\n

Users should carefully read the precautions and operating instructions to ensure safe and correct testing.<\/p>\n

Protection And Use Precautions<\/h5>\n

Operators must follow the safety rules of the fuel pump repair industry and diesel electronic-control maintenance. Pay special attention to acid or alkali substances, toxic gas, high-pressure heavy objects and spark-generating items around the work area to prevent equipment damage or personal injury.<\/p>\n

Do not splash water, diesel or other corrosive liquids onto the LCD screen, inside the test bench, or onto electrical connections.<\/p>\n

Precision electronic instruments are installed inside the test bench. Do not drop, strike or impact the equipment.<\/p>\n

When using wiring harnesses and plugs, tighten the screws as much as possible to prevent connection failure. If the display flickers, shows a blue screen, the program is interrupted or the screen becomes distorted, turn off the power, check the external power supply, and restart the test.<\/p>\n

Do not turn on the main power switch before fuel has been added to the fuel tank, otherwise the heater may be damaged by dry burning.<\/p>\n

The test pressure can reach up to 2000 bar when testing common rail injectors, so the safety door of the operating chamber must remain closed during testing.<\/p>\n

When the test bench runs for the first time, personnel must not stand in front of the operating chamber. After each clamping of a test injector, the operator must not stand in front of the chamber during the first start, to avoid danger from possible high-pressure leakage.<\/p>\n

If equipment problems cannot be resolved, contact the company's technical personnel for service support.<\/p>\n

Safety<\/h5>\n

Use an independent dedicated power socket with reliable grounding. The equipment power cord is three-phase five-wire 380 V and must be reliably grounded.<\/p>\n

If the supply voltage is unstable, use a voltage stabilizer.<\/p>\n

Regularly check the AC power cord, power plug and socket for condition and dust accumulation.<\/p>\n

If the controller behaves abnormally, emits unusual sound or odor, or becomes too hot to touch, stop using the equipment immediately and unplug the AC power cord and all other connections.<\/p>\n

If the controller fails, contact after-sales service personnel for assistance.<\/p>\n

Operation And Maintenance<\/h5>\n

Do not throw, drop or step on the control system. Avoid strong external impact that may damage the controller.<\/p>\n

Do not insert foreign objects into controller connectors.<\/p>\n

Do not pour water or other liquid into or onto the controller.<\/p>\n

Do not touch AC power terminals with wet hands.<\/p>\n

Do not allow dust or foreign matter to accumulate around AC terminals, as it may cause fire or electric shock.<\/p>\n

Disconnect the power cord before cleaning the controller.<\/p>\n

Preparation Work<\/h5>\n

After receiving the goods and opening the package, immediately check whether all items match the packing list. If anything is missing, contact after-sales service personnel.<\/p>\n

If the test system is intact and all accessories are complete, proceed according to the operating steps.<\/p>\n

Before connecting power, check the input power supply. The equipment uses three-phase five-wire 380 V power and must be reliably grounded. If the supply voltage is unstable, use a voltage stabilizer.<\/p>\n

Add special fuel injection pump calibration oil and No. 46 hydraulic oil before operation.<\/p>\n

Function Area Introduction<\/h5>\n

Main areas include the control interface display, operating chamber, main power switch, mouse and keyboard area, control panel and pressure adjustment valves.<\/p>\n

The control interface allows the operator to select the corresponding function according to the actual inspection item.<\/p>\n

Pressure adjustment valves include the diesel pressure regulating valve for forced fuel supply, the back-pressure regulating valve for oil pump debugging, and the engine-oil pressure regulating valve for hydraulic oil supply. The adjustment range is 0 to 1.6 MPa.<\/p>\n

The operating chamber includes the main motor universal joint area, high-pressure pump function area, injector measurement area, power cable connection area, diesel and oil pipe connection area, and medium-pressure common rail injector test area.<\/p>\n

Electronic Fuel Control System<\/h5>\n

The diesel electronic-injection integrated machine control system uses automatic control and supports convenient maintenance testing of common rail solenoid injectors, piezo injectors, high-pressure pumps, HEUI medium-pressure common rail injectors, actuation pumps and 320D oil pumps.<\/p>\n

It can test thousands of injector and pump models from Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, Caterpillar, Cummins and other brands, with complete test data.<\/p>\n

Connect the common rail pump and injector according to the connection diagram, including injector connection harnesses for Bosch, Denso, Delphi and piezo injectors.<\/p>\n

On the selection screen, choose the manufacturer and part number of the injector to be tested, then click Continue to enter the injector test interface.<\/p>\n

Click Modify to enter the injector data editing interface.<\/p>\n

Enter an injector part number in the model\/part-number edit box and click Search to search matching part numbers one by one.<\/p>\n

After clicking Continue, the current part number is recorded and will be selected by default the next time the software starts.<\/p>\n

In the test interface, click Start Fast or Start Standard. Without manual intervention, the test bench motor starts, automatically reaches the target speed, and rail pressure automatically reaches the target value. After the fuel quantity stabilizes, the automatic flow sensor records the fuel quantity for the current condition. The system then executes the next condition until all measurements are complete and a report is generated automatically.<\/p>\n

Main buttons include Keyboard, Settings, Start Standard, Start Fast, Stop, Return, Report and the plus button. The plus button adds 10 seconds to the current condition only, without affecting the next condition.<\/p>\n

Each operating-condition parameter for the injector can be modified.<\/p>\n

For CP3 pump testing, connect the pump according to the connection diagram. On the selection screen, choose the manufacturer and part number of the high-pressure pump, then click Continue to enter the pump test interface.<\/p>\n

Click Modify to enter the high-pressure pump data editing interface.<\/p>\n

Enter the pump part number in the model\/part-number edit box and click Search to search matching part numbers one by one.<\/p>\n

After clicking Continue, the current part number is recorded and will be selected by default the next time the software starts.<\/p>\n

In the test interface, click Start Fast or Start Standard. The motor starts automatically, target speed and rail pressure are adjusted automatically, fuel flow is recorded after stabilization, and a report is generated after all operating conditions are complete.<\/p>\n

HP0 high-pressure common rail testing and C320D high-pressure pump testing are supported with corresponding pump and pipeline connections, PCV pressure control valve wiring, cam timing signal wiring and test interfaces.<\/p>\n

Connect the hydraulic oil inlet, high-pressure oil interface, diesel inlet and return oil interfaces.<\/p>\n

After pipes and drive cables are connected, start the engine-oil pump and adjust engine-oil inlet pressure to 1 to 2 bar.<\/p>\n

On the selection screen, choose the HEUI injector part number and click Continue to enter the HEUI injector test interface.<\/p>\n

Click Modify to enter the HEUI injector data editing interface.<\/p>\n

The test interface supports Start Fast and Start Standard automatic testing, automatic target speed and rail pressure control, automatic flow recording, condition-by-condition measurement and automatic report generation.<\/p>\n

When testing HEUI injectors, short-connect the HEUI return oil adapter with engine-oil return, and connect the injector engine-oil return box measurement port.<\/p>\n

When testing the actuation pump, short-connect the HEUI return oil adapter with the return measurement port, and connect gearbox return with engine-oil return.<\/p>\n

The EUS test device is specially designed for servicing electronic unit injectors (EUI) and electronic unit pumps (EUP). It consists of a cam box (CB-A), various EUI\/EUP adapters required by the user, and a modular test bench (EU-A).<\/p>\n

The CB-A cam box is mounted on a standard high-pressure pump test bench and driven by the bench motor. The modular EU-A design meets different customer testing requirements for EUI\/EUP components.<\/p>\n

Mechanical parts include the cam box and adapters.<\/p>\n

For EUS testing, choose the manufacturer and part number on the selection screen and click Continue to enter the injector test interface.<\/p>\n

Click Modify to enter the EUS injector data editing interface.<\/p>\n

The test interface supports Start Fast and Start Standard automatic testing, automatic target speed and rail pressure control, automatic flow recording, condition-by-condition measurement and automatic report generation.<\/p>\n

Main buttons include Keyboard, Settings, Start Standard, Start Fast, Stop, Return, Report and the plus button. Start Standard follows the configured test time for each unit pump or pump-nozzle condition. Start Fast uses half of the configured test time and is recommended for quick testing, with 20 seconds per condition.<\/p>\n
