The EPS205 is a compact common rail injector test bench designed for injector testing, coding, BIP response checks, inductance testing and remote assistance.

The user must read the safety instructions carefully before using the equipment, and the user should warn the operator of unsafe operations.
1) The operation, maintenance and repair personnel of the equipment must be professionally trained, capable of meeting risks and safety-conscious personnel before operating the equipment.
2) Operators and maintenance personnel must carefully read and master the operating instructions.
3)Strictly follow the safety instructions and safety warnings on the equipment, and ensure that they are complete and clear.
4)During operation, operators must wear glasses to protect their eyes and wear masks.
5) The operation, maintenance and adjustment of the equipment must be carried out by professionals, and other personnel are not allowed to start the equipment at will.
6) If the equipment is abnormal, it should be shut down immediately and inspected and repaired by professional maintenance personnel in time.
7)Unless the equipment is maintained, be sure to close all protective covers and electrical box doors.
8)Turn off the power before repairing the machine.
9)Please leave a space of 600mm outside the limit position of the machine, mark the working range with a yellow line, and prohibit others from entering during operation.
10)The maximum pressure of this test bench can reach 2000bar when testing the common rail injector, so the safety door of the operating room must be closed when in use!
1) The power cord of this equipment is three-phase five-wire, which is connected to the power supply of 220V/1ph/50Hz(or 60Hz), please ensure reliable grounding.
2)If the power supply voltage is unstable, please use a power supply regulator for power supply.
3) Regularly check whether the AC power cord is in good condition, and whether there is dust accumulation on the power plug or power socket.
4) If the controller is abnormal, or emits abnormal sounds or smells, or the controller becomes too hot to touch, please stop using it immediately and unplug the AC power cord and all other connections from the power socket.
5)If the controller fails, please contact the after-sales service personnel to get the necessary help.
6)Operators must operate in accordance with the oil pump repair industry and related diesel electronic control system maintenance safety rules. Pay special attention to environmental factors such as surrounding acid and alkali, poisonous gas, high-pressure heavy objects, and items that are prone to sparks to prevent equipment damage or personal injury.
7)It is strictly forbidden to splash corrosive liquids such as water and diesel into the LCD screen, the inside of the test bench and the electrical connection parts.
8)There are precision electronic instruments inside this test bench, please do not drop it.
10)When using the wiring harness and plug, please use screws as far as possible to prevent failure due to improper connection. If the display is flickering or blue, the program is interrupted or the screen is blurred, please turn off the power, check the external power supply and restart the test.
12)It is strictly forbidden to stand on the front of the operating room when the test bench is running for the first time to prevent high-pressure leakage from causing danger. The operator is not allowed to stand on the front of the operating room every time the tested injector is started up every time the equipment is running! ! !
13) Shut down the computer strictly in accordance with the computer shutdown procedure. Turn off the main power after the computer is turned off.
14) Do not allow dust or foreign objects to accumulate around the terminals of the AC power supply. Dust and foreign objects accumulated on the AC power terminals may cause fire or electric shock.
15)Please unplug the power cord when cleaning the controller.
The function of the EPS205 common rail injector test bench is to imitate the working conditions of the diesel engine ECU (Engine Control Unit), drive Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Cummins, (Siemens, Bosch) piezoelectric and other common rail injectors, The user can set and save the driving signal parameters according to their actual conditions. It is convenient for maintenance personnel to judge and repair the working status of the
high-pressure common rail system.

After receiving the goods, open the packing box, please check whether the contents of the packing box are consistent with the packing list, if any items are missing, please contact the after-sales service personnel in time.
Open the door of the equipment box and check whether any parts are loose or fall off.
If the inspection equipment is in good condition, the next step is as follows.
First, check the input power of the equipment. The power cord of this equipment is single phase 220V,( L, N (neutral wire),/PE (ground wire)), please ensure reliable grounding; if the power supply voltage is unstable, please use the power supply regulator to stabilize voltage.
Fill with fuel or calibration pump oil.
Remove the fuel tank cap, and fill the fuel injector special JB-1 test pump oil (ISO4113) into the fuel tank. The tank capacity is about 15L.
The fuel injector cleaning area is used for the testing of fuel injector under the condition of not disassembled and cleaned. Dirty test oil is not allowed to enter the main oil circulation system. When the injection & return fuel from the injector are connected to this interface, the flow measurement system does not work.
After the fuel injector is cleaned, insert the connector of the cleaning area 9 into the fuel injector measurement area 8.
Turn on the main power switch of the test bench and select the "CR injector" option. (Other features are not on service, no introduction here)

Fuel filter replacement Replace the fuel filter regularly.
When the test bench runs for 400 hours (or 45 days) or tested 400 common rail injectors, replace the fuel filter element. (Fuel filter filtration accuracy 3-5um).

Select “CR injector”, enter the following view.
In this interface, select the Maker and PN of the injector to be tested, and click the [Continue] button to enter the injector test interface.
If you click [Modify], you can enter the injector data editing interface.
When the compensation code function needs to be produced, the original compensation code on the injector can be input.
You can search for the PN of the search content one by one by entering the injector PN to be tested in the left Type-PN edit box and clicking the [Search] button or icon. For example, search for "317":
After clicking [Continue], the currently detected PN will be recorded. After the software is started next time, the last record will be selected by default.
In the interface, you can click [Normal Test] or [Fast Test], without manual intervention, the test bench motor will start to rotate, automatically adjust to reach the target speed, and the rail pressure will be automatically adjusted to reach the target value, for a period of time, the amount of oil After stabilization, the system automatically records the working oil quantity through the automatic flow sensor. After the working condition is completed, the next working condition measurement is automatically performed, and the report is automatically generated after the all working condition are measured. .
[Set]: It can set the speed and test time of each working condition.
[Normal Test]: Check the condition of each step of the injector according to the detection time set in the setting.
[Fast Test]: Detect each step of the injector according to the detection time set in the setting. This function is suitable for quickly detecting the injector. It is recommended to use a working condition for 20 seconds.
[(+Button)]: The test time of this working condition can be increased by 10 seconds every time. Only works in the current working conditions, does not affect the next working condition.
[BIP]/[T_Response]: The response time of injector injection can be detected.
[uH]/[Indctance]: Test injector indctance..
If testing this injector again or test another injector, you can choose “INJ2”.
After selecting the injector PN interface, click [Edit] to enter the part number database editing interface. At this interface, the specific parameters of each operating condition of the injector can be modified.
The [Add] button can add a new test step. The [Delete] button can delete now test step. The [Save] button can save the injector PN.
Note: the password entering is:cr1357.
Input new parameter for this type injector and save.
In this interface, select the Maker and PN of the injector to be tested, and click the [Continue] button to enter the injector test interface.
[Calibration injector]: You can calibration a new injector.
If you click [Modify], you can enter the injector data editing interface.
